*Some difficulty with how to get our trade from Sequim to the dealership in Bonney Lake and how to get our new 5th wheel to our property. We needed more clarity. But with the help of Ashley at the Bonney Lake store, she was able to make it more understandable and was on top of it the whole time with answering any questions we had.

outstanding customer service I receive by your representatives, Ramon, Mark and Jon.
I am, of course, very delighted to have had the pleasure of working with Ramon, Mark
and Jon during my recent visit to Fife RV of Gig Harbor. Their professional and
courteous attitude, expert knowledge, and patience in handling my specific issues were
very important to our family's complete customer satisfaction.
Ramon, Mark and Jon ensured that my family received the best travel trailer to fit our
family's needs at the best price. This is one less concern for me and I am deeply
appreciative of all the assistance and support we received at Fife RV. While I know that
Fife RV is renowned for the customer service it provides, I feel like Ramon, Mark and
Jon treated my affairs with the utmost importance and patience.

In the past, I felt that "salesmen" were not sensitive to my needs and provided the
quickest and most convenient way to get me to make a new purchase, but not in this case.
Ramon, Mark and Jon handled my issues as if they were their own, and I am completely
satisfied Also, the employees in the parts and service department took time out of their
schedules to assist my needs and answer all questions I had. For future purchases I plan
to go back to Fife RV and look forward to recommending Fife RV to others. I am sure

I had been thinking about a fifth wheel as an option to housing and stopped by the RV Travel Show in Tacoma this October.
While looking around I stopped to ask a question and ultimately ended up buying one that day albeit wasn't quite in my plans.
I want to say that this is/was a HUGE change in my life and I was/am scared to death.
The guys at Fife RV are FABULOUS!!!
Ramon, Keven, John, Mark and Candice were patient with my craziness and all my questions and never once made me feel like they thought I was a pain in the behind.
Carl was patient with my walk through and my questions about how things operate understanding that I was probably not going to retain all of it as I was feeling a bit overwhelmed and reassuring me that I can call anytime if I have questions.
I'm sure I'm forgetting someone and I apologize for that.
It was very helpful to deal with people who were genuinely nice and not just because they were trying to sell something. I can't say enough about how wonderful they are to deal with. Although I am still nervous about my purchase (due to personal stuff) I am confident that if I have questions, of which I'm sure there will be many in the first month or so; that I will be treated with respect and not be made to feel that I am just a pain in the ass woman who doesn't know anything about rv's.
These days the true meaning of Customer Service seems to be lost to many people. I can honestly say that the people at Fife RV could truly teach people what it means. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.
I feel like I have not only made a purchase but that I have made new friends in the process.
